The Camino de Santiago
It is more than likely that at the end of each stage you arrive at your accommodation a little tired and hungry (sometimes a lot of both), especially in the last stretches of the Camino, when the body is already more worn, both from physical exhaustion and from the psychological excitement of arriving in Santiago, and what you want most in those moments is to shower, eat and rest peacefully.
I suggest that you also give yourself a chance to relax with a massage or ritual to help you regain strength and energy to continue the next day in perfect condition for your next stage – or, if you’re already in Compostela, to help you enjoy your long-awaited arrival to the fullest.
