The Relaxing Massage is the type of massage with the most variations and uses. Common in the field of muscular and integral relaxation, pain and psychosomatic treatments… its infinite possibilities make this the “massage par excellence”.
It consists of gentle, slow, repeated superficial movements where all the motions are perfectly structured to create a pleasant, painless sensation. Muscles and mind relax, cultivating well-being as your body increases the production of endorphins, known as the “happiness hormones”.
A variation of this service is the Sensitive Massage, which may be ideal for healthy people who are not suffering from a specific injury, or for people with muscle fatigue (e.g. fibromyalgia). This is a relaxing massage, but much gentler.
Essential oils used: lime, bergamot, sandalwood or citruses.
